Graham Anthony began his M&A career on Wall Street at Bankers Trust (now Deutsche Bank), completing over $5 Billion dollars of Mergers & Acquisitions transactions for Clients.

Since starting Anthony Advisors, Graham has completed over 60 M&A transactions in many and varied Industries, including Telecommunications, Internet, Advanced Manufacturing, and Home and Business Services.

Graham understands the Home Services & Business Services Industries from the transaction perspective —  completing dozens of transactions.  Graham also understands these Industries from the operating perspective — having served as CFO of a large Home Services Business, where he supported operations, IT, growth and oversaw the acquisition of several dozen Pest, Termite & Lawncare firms. The firm was eventually acquired by Rentokil for several hundred million dollars.

 

Graham has completed over 60 M&A transactions for clients at his own firm.  

 

In partnership with Greg Clendenin, Greg & Graham partner on and have completed many Home Services & Business Services transactions together

 

Graham also has and continues to help BASE connect its Private Equity buyers to attractive acquisitions in areas of their interest.


Graham serves as an investor in and a board member of several firms, including Biovista, a firm that applies Artificial Intelligence to Biomedical issues.  In his role as investor/board member, Graham helps entrepreneurs analyze their operations and obtain and maintain their financing.

Graham Anthony received an MBA from The Darden School and a BA from The College of Arts & Sciences, both at the University of Virginia. Before business school, Graham built and successfully sold two businesses, including a manufacturing business and a newspaper.

He and his wife have a boy that loves racing and a dog that loves treats.
